Goth subculture began in England in the 1980's. It has survived longer than any other subculture of the same era. Goth subculture has different tastes in music, fashion and many other things. Styles of dress within the subculture range from deathrock, punk androgynous Victorian, some Renaissance and medival style attire. Most often with dark make up and hair.
